The Graduate Student Advisory Council (GSAC) serves as a representative body composed of graduate students and designated representatives from the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Life. The GSAC provides a structured forum for communication between students and institutional leadership, advising on issues related to student experience, academic life, student support services, and community engagement. The GSAC ensures that diverse student perspectives are reflected in institutional planning and decision-making processes.
Located in mid-town Manhattan in the heart of New York City, the HJI campus seeks to provide the opportunity for its students to participate in academic and co-curricular programs and activities in preparation for roles in ministry and public leadership.
HJI Library maintains a collection of over 240,000 digital books, 4,500 print books, video, media and theses and dissertations. Patrons can access hundreds of thousands of full-text scholarly journal articles through the ProQuest platform from their personal devices or terminals available in the Library.
Students are solely responsible for their medical and dental expenses while at HJI. In case of a medical emergency, students in New York City can expect to go to the emergency room near where they live. Students with long-term medical issues are encouraged to obtain the services of a local physician.
The campus provides exciting and enriching educational opportunities to increase the effectiveness of current and future leaders in ministry, public leadership, and interreligious peacebuilding. The Graduate School offers faculty roundtables which address topics of research and programming of interest to the wider HJI community. Open House events introduce interested students and applicants to HJI, where they may sit in on selected classes to see firsthand what HJI has to offer.
HJI students are encouraged to organize student clubs and activities through which each student can grow in leadership ability and explore co-curricular and extracurricular activities while developing his/her personal potential. Guest lecturers representing varied interests supplement the scheduled courses. Occasionally, HJI sponsors cultural affairs programs that bring noted ministers, musicians, authors, and others to the campus. Field trips to museums, churches, and religious communities are integral to some courses. Students may participate in HJI-sponsored conferences and conferences offered by other schools.
HJ International is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).

It was educative being my first degree , I was later exposed to the fact that it's not about what you wrote for the exam but the fact of answering the questions right with sufficient contents. With what I have learnt I will put everything I know and will learn the graduate as the best in my field.
