  • Orientation programs and timetables
  • Fee payments and graduation processes
  • General campus guidance and information

This office is typically the first point of contact for any process‑related questions throughout your studies.

Housing services

SAE partners with a few student residence providers that offer special pricing or packages for students — these options include bills and some services:

  • Yugo Student Residences - Dubailand (about ~25 min from campus)
  • The Myriad Dubai - Dubai International Academic City (~25 min from campus)
  • ESAW Student Accommodation - Al Quoz Industrial Area (close to major transport links)

Fees vary between 3,300 AED and 5,800 AED per month depending on the room type

Library services

  • The campus has a fully‑stocked library with study areas designed to support student learning and research.
  • Print Collection: Over 2,000 physical volumes.
  • Digital Resources: Access to 100,000+ e‑book titles and about 5,000 electronic journal titles. These digital resources help students research industry‑relevant topics across creative media disciplines like audio, film, animation, games, and design.

ICT services

SAE Dubai has IT staff and a resident IT professional on campus to support students with email, web access, network connectivity, printing, and general IT issues. This support helps ensure that students can get online, access campus systems, and solve tech problems during their study period.

Medical services

SAE has a “Health and Wellness” section to support emotional and mental well‑being. While the campus does not provide licensed psychology counseling on‑site, Student Services can guide you to professional resources and suggest self‑help tools and apps for managing stress, anxiety, and other concerns.

Campus life

The SAE Dubai campus, located in Block 2B of Dubai Knowledge Park, is part of a major education hub accessible via buses, metro, and trams. It features specialised facilities for creative programs, including:

  • Student sports programs: While SAE Dubai does not have its own full sports complex, the campus organizes wellness programs, fitness challenges, and recreational activities for students.
  • Nearby sports facilities: Students often use local parks and sports centers for activities like basketball, football, or running. Dubai Knowledge Park is close to Dubai Sports City and other public fitness venues.
  • Wellness support: The Student Services office also provides guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including exercise routines and local sporting options.

University review

I learned what I was taught

My overall study experience at SAE Institute Dubai was quite fair. They provided me with the necessary tools in order for me to progress and excel in each academic unit I had. I firmly believe that I learned what was asked of me and I excelled in whatever area I needed to. I do feel that I could have taken more advantage over being a student. Using their educational tools and resources; asking for guidance and reaching out to express any concerns. I believe that was within my right as a paying student, however, I did not do that so my study experience was just fair. I think if I had gone the extra mile to seek more guidance than I was provided, maybe my overall experience would be a lot better. In all fairness, my educational journey at SAE Institute was quite alright. I learned what I was taught; and I was taught to continue learning, whether by myself or by seeking guidance.
