TIAS School for Business and Society is Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology's business school for executive education. TIAS offers a wide range of degree and non-degree programs, learning paths, and program formats for both individual participants and organizations. TIAS offers a wide range of degree and non-degree programs, learning paths, and program formats for both individual participants and organizations.These courses are offered as open programs – Masters, MBAs, Advanced Programs, Masterclasses and TIAS8hrs – and can also be developed as tailor-made incompany programs.
This allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of individual participants, teams, and organizations in almost every stage of their development. Our program set-up consists of a smart mix of individual and group activities: online, on site, and hybrid, both in Utrecht and Tilburg.
New perspectives do not only demand high-quality education, but also high-quality applied research. TIAS employs approximately 100 professors, all with extensive academic as well as practical experience.
They raise new questions in the applied research organized by TIAS in its LABS. Those are open platforms on which our professors work together with participants and organizations from the private and public sector.

It has been a great learning from one of the best school in the world
'Professional and Personal Empowerment' perfectly encapsulates my experience with the International MScBA program at TIAS Business School. From the beginning, I appreciated the professional environment, interested attitude and confidence TIAS offered. This stimulated me to get the best out of myself by daring to step out of my comfort zone. From TIAS, this was always encouraged and supported. The courses are carefully designed to cover essential business concepts while fostering critical thinking and innovative problem solving. They are taught by highly competent and inspiring professors. I have found that in addition to gaining new knowledge, there is a collective effort to go the extra mile in thinking which is valued in business. I also enjoyed the fact that much focus was placed on how to present yourself professionally in, for example, networking events, job interviews or presentations. There was also good emphasis on how to work together in an intercultural environment. What makes TIAS unique is the attention to personal development. In my experience, I made great progress that year because I understood myself better and therefore I was able to control behavior and identify where I want to grow. It has been a transformative journey, with a perfect blend of knowledge acquisition and personal growth. It has equipped me with the tools and confidence needed to excel in the dynamic business environment.
From admission to graduation, TIAS’s staffs have been helpful in answering my questions and doubts. I liked the course setting, where it was in blocks so I was more focused in studying the subjects. The courses were not only theoretical but also practical, which encouraged me to dive deeper in the subjects that I like. The students were around 50% internationals and 50% dutch, so I got to learn more about different cultures and how to work together. We also had the chance to go to Palermo for a study trip—which also was a nice experience! They also provided us with personal development and career coach so we can be prepared for the job market/any other things we’d like to do after graduation. For me the only thing to improve was just to give the overall (or complete) schedule for the whole year instead of just per blocks.
