History
LBS was founded on inspirations from the teachings of St Josemaria Escrivá, the founder of Opus Dei. LBS offers academic programmes, executive programmes and short courses (customised to specific company needs, as well as open-enrolment courses) in management.
Education
Education at LBS is comprehensive, drawing on the experiences of a multinational faculty and participants. Learning is participant-centred and uses the case study method. Activities hold on the school’s purpose-built facilities which serve more than 3,000 participants yearly from indigenous and multinational companies. These attest to the expert teaching, the relevance of the programmes and the overall benefits derived from attending.

Housing services
There are independent organisations offering accommodation in single-sex hostels to students in PAU. These hostels are located on university property right next to the campus proper. They are all located within easy walking distance of all university facilities and provide the opportunity to build networks and friendships that will last a lifetime.All hostels located on university property are committed to minimum standards and comply with University regulations. However, different hostels have different policies and students (& their parents/guardians) should choose those that accord with their preferences.
Library services
Aimed at hands-on tutelage of users on how to locate, navigate, evaluate, and use the Library resources effectively to meet their information and research needs. This is done via the initial Library Information sessions at the onset of orientation for each new LIBRARY USER class, weekly execution of Library Happy Hours (LHH).
Campus life
The Lagos Business School is the oldest unit of Pan-Atlantic University. It shares a campus with the Enterprise Development Centre of the University in Ajah, Lagos. The School offers several MBA programmes and also provides experienced professional managers with high quality general management education relevant to the Nigerian business environment.

My Learning experience at Lagos Business School
My Experience My experience at Lagos Business School was highly enriching and professionally transformative. The Mastering Human Resource Management course was well structured and focused on practical, real-life HR challenges faced by organizations. The learning approach encouraged active participation, critical thinking, and knowledge sharing among professionals from diverse industries. What I Really Liked What I appreciated most was the quality of instruction and the practical, case-based teaching style. The facilitators brought strong industry experience into the classroom, making the sessions engaging and directly applicable to my work as an HR professional. I also valued the collaborative learning environment, which allowed for meaningful discussions and networking with other professionals. What Can Be Improved While the overall experience was excellent, extending the duration of some modules or incorporating more post-program learning resources would further enhance learning and long-term application of concepts. Overall Study Experience Overall, my study experience at Lagos Business School was highly positive. The program strengthened my strategic HR perspective, improved my leadership and people management skills, and added significant value to my professional growth. I would describe it as a rewarding and impactful learning experience.

I appreciated the supportive lecturers, diverse academic resources, and interactive group projects that enhanced my understanding and collaboration skills. The sense of community was also very motivating. There could be more practical sessions, workshops, and internship opportunities to connect theory with real-life applications. Faster feedback on assignments would also help improve performance. Overall, my university experience was rewarding and transformative. It provided me with a strong foundation for future growth, valuable networks, and the ability to adapt to new challenges effectively
