CU Ajman has partnered with Nest to provide students a purpose-built accommodation. Located in Aljada, the downtown of Sharjah; Nest is the ultimate destination designed to offer safety, all-inclusive room choices and a range of facilities to enable convenience and leisure.

The CUA Library is committed to providing and promoting adequate information to students and faculty in providing transformative teaching, and research as well as to strengthen and enhance the service of the University.

CUA provides dedicated computer workspaces, including two computer labs located within the library, which houses a total of 18 computers. Additionally, the library features 9 private study rooms—5 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. Overall, the library can accommodate up to 160 students and researchers simultaneously, creating an optimal environment for study and collaboration.

CUA has two clinics to cater to the basic health needs of its students, faculty and staff. The clinics have two full-time nurses with basic services. Primarily, the Clinic provides first-aid treatments for injuries, accidents, and illness. When necessary, it makes referrals to local medical resources. All serious and emergency cases are referred to a local hospital.
