History
Biruni University is a private Turkish university founded by the World Education Foundation in 2014, located in Istanbul's Topkap district. Named after the 11th-century scholar Al-Biruni, the university was established through a decision by the Turkish Grand National Assembly to provide high-quality, research-focused education, particularly in health sciences.
