Istinye University was established in 2015 by the 21st Century Anatolian Foundation as a continuation of the more than 30 years of knowledge and experience of the MLP Care Group, which brings together three separate hospital brands under one roof: "Liv Hospital", "Medical Park" and "VM Medical Park".
With its successful academic staff dedicated to education and research that makes a difference, Istinye University aims to be among the distinguished universities of Türkiye and the world by providing its students with strong skills in their fields by transferring existing knowledge, and by contributing to the production of new knowledge through its education and research performance.

The Istinye University Student Council is a democratic student body formed through representatives elected by students enrolled in undergraduate and associate degree programmes across the university. The council's structure consists of department representatives, faculty representatives, and members of the executive and supervisory boards elected from among them. Representatives are democratically elected from among the students and represent students' voice in university governance.
As the student dormitory of Istinye University is under construction right now, we refer our students to private dorms, which offer special discounts for Istinye University students.
ISU Library, whose mission is to provide accurate and reliable information resources to users by considering the information needs of students, academic and administrative staff, aims to encourage and facilitate scientific participation by promoting excellence in lifelong learning, teaching and research by providing access to both traditional and innovative resources.

The Valley Main Campus and the multipurpose outdoor sports areas located there, our indoor sports hall where sports teams can train, and our ISUGYM gymnasium, specifically designed for fitness activities, are open for our students' use.
The Topkapı Campus offers both indoor and outdoor multi-purpose sports facilities for the use of our students.
