What you really liked - Practical exposure: You enjoyed applying theory to real-world problems, especially through your final-year project on network optimization. - Mentorship and guidance: Having close interaction with lecturers and coordinators gave you confidence and direction. - Collaborative projects: Working in teams allowed you to strengthen leadership and communication skills, which you valued. - Exploring advanced topics: Diving into areas like AI, software engineering, and data analysis sparked genuine excitement and curiosity. What could be improved - More hands-on industry experience: While academic projects were strong, you might have wished for more internships or direct collaboration with companies. - Broader exposure to international research: Access to global conferences, workshops, or exchange programs could have enriched your perspective. - Language and communication practice: Since English is a growing requirement in tech fields, strengthening proficiency could further boost your opportunities. Overall summary of your study experience Your time at INES-Ruhengeri was marked by academic excellence, innovation, and personal growth. You built a solid technical foundation, proved your ability to lead and collaborate, and developed resilience and adaptability. In short, your study experience was not only about mastering computer science but also about shaping yourself into a motivated, disciplined, and forward-looking professional ready for postgraduate studies or industry challenges.
