Student services

The Service of Academic Management and Students (SGAE) in charge of coordinating the processes specific to the academic and also the assessment and management procedures as a general access to university grants , charging tuition amounts and shipments of qualifications.

Housing services

The University of Girona is entrusted with the management of its accommodation reservation services, from the 2012-2013 academic year, at Girona Housing . The objective is to offer accommodations that meet standards of quality and comfort for the entire university community.

Library services

The Library is a resource center for learning and research that makes available to the university community a series of information resources (journals and electronic books, databases, special funds, institutional repositories) and services in order to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the whole community with the highest level of quality and excellence.

ICT services

The Information Technology Service is the unit in charge of applying ICT (information and communications technology) so that the University achieve its objectives and tasks, managing basic ICT infrastructure developing applications, machining information systems and deploying user computer systems for teaching, research and management, which we support.

Medical services

The Office of Occupational Health is a service for all employees of the University of Girona which aims to carry out the necessary preventive measures to ensure adequate protection of the health and safety of workers, advising and assisting the University management, workers and their representatives and specialized representative bodies.

Campus life

The schools are located on three campuses: the Old Town Centre and Montilivi, offering a perfect setting for the integral development of our students, thanks to the wide range of complementary services that offers the University of Girona.

Sports facilities

Practicing sports, developing physical activities, sharing collective experiences is also to become a university, to be a university student. The UdG Sports Service provides you with facilities, access to other centers, discounts, health tips and competitions to enjoy health in the campus environment.
