In 1964, the Management Education Institute in Boston was formed by Arthur D. Little Inc, the world’s oldest management consulting firm. In 2003, the school was renamed to Hult International Business School, honoring benefactor Bertil Hult’s vision of educating international business leaders. Today, Hult offers top undergraduate, Masters, MBA, and Executive MBA programs.
At Hult, we believe a business school should give you so much more than a degree. Our students graduate with a global network in place, the practical skills to make an impact from day one, a future mindset needed to thrive in a time of change, and lifelong learning opportunities so that they can stay on the cutting edge long past graduation.
Our research covers topics relevant to businesses, organizations, and leaders. Hult’s current focus is on the areas of creating disruption and transforming behavior.
Creating disruption highlights strategies that anticipate and shape changes in international markets. What events and technology trigger a new strategy? How are strategies constructed and implemented? How well do specific strategies perform in multinational environments?
Transforming behavior relates to the continuous improvement of leadership practices. This involves data-driven assessment of the interventions and programs that generate the greatest long-term improvement in behavior of individuals, teams, and organizations in business.
