The average score of the previous semester is the top 25% of the ranking percentage of the department, which is the first level of the university department.

Eligibility
- Those who have studied for one semester, the average grade in the previous semester is in the top 75% of the ranking percentage, the conduct is more than 80%, and the school has not been punished by the school.
- Master or doctoral students who have no grades in the last semester during the writing of the master's or doctoral dissertation, but should submit a recommendation letter from the advisor and a thesis writing plan (at least including research motivation and purpose, research structure and Design, data collection sources, dissertation outline, bibliography, etc. The dissertation plan does not include bibliography and needs to be at least 5,000 words or more).
- The person in charge of the school's club can apply for the report on the results of the club's activities as the head of the club; such applications are limited to one time.
