Description
Durham University can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.
Durham University awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs.
Benefits
10% discount for all programmes
Eligibility
- As long as you hold a Bachelor's or higher degree from Durham University and apply for a course that begins within the 2026-27, 2027-28, or 2028-29 academic year, you are automatically eligible for this Scholarship - you do not need to apply separately.
- Those holding CHE/DHE or postgraduate/CPD credits only will, unfortunately, not be eligible to receive the Scholarship.
- You must be self-funding (or majority self-funding) in order to receive this scholarship. The value of the contribution to your fees must exceed the value of this proposed scholarship. For example: if your fee is £10,000 and you have a 10% Alumni Fee Discount you must intend to make a personal contribution of £1,001 in order to receive the scholarship, excluding any other third-party support of fee sponsorship. Any repayable loans used towards fees would count as self-funding.
- Those who have outstanding financial debt to the University will not be eligible until the debt has been cleared.
- If another scholarship specifically excludes stacking (combining) that scholarship with the Alumni Discount, then the Alumni Discount would not apply.
