Description
Canterbury Christ Church University is committed to supporting student athletes to succeed in both their academic and sporting pursuits, through the Sport Scholarship Scheme.
All Sport Scholars are set a status of either Performance or Elite depending on the level you are performing at in your sport. Once you’ve submitted your application, the Sport Scholarship Committee will decide on whether you meet the criteria and to which status you will be appointed.

Eligibility
- Both current and prospective Christ Church students can apply for a Sport Scholarship.
- Selection for the Scholarship programme will be by the University's Sports Scholarship Committee.
- To be considered for a Performance level Scholarship, you will need to be competing at county level in your sport. For an Elite level scholarship, you will need to be competing at national standard or above. This may differ slightly depending on the sport.

Applications close 31st August 2024 so please apply as soon as you can. Due to limited spaces and the high level of applications being received, it is not guaranteed that you will be selected for the scheme even if you meet the criteria. All applications need two references.
