The scholarship supports foreign students in their studies at the Estonian higher education institutions.

Scholarship amount:
The rate of the scholarship for first-cycle (BA level) higher education and master's studies is 350 euros per month;
The rate of the doctoral scholarship is 660 euros per month;
Other costs are not covered.
Eligibility
- The scholarship can be applied for by the foreign students who wish to study at a higher education institution in Estonia at formal studies or as an exchange student.
- The scholarship supports master's and PhD studies in all fields.
- In the first stage of higher education, (BA) the scholarship can only be applied for fields that are related to Estonian language and culture.
