Description
One of the strategic goals of Riigi Kinnisvara AS is to be a competence center and innovation locomotive in the real estate field. It is important to us that the next generation of top specialists in the field of space creation, including spatial planning, design, construction and real estate, is of high quality, and we consider it important that the specialties in the field are attractive among young people. We see opportunities in the involvement of top researchers as well as the starting generation, because with new ideas and knowledge we can create innovative solutions in the field of space creation in the interaction of different sectors and many fields and actors. Today's talents create tomorrow, which is why we, as Estonia's largest real estate company, want to notice, recognize and support the new talented generation.
Riigi Kinnisvara AS Scholarship “Tops of the future” is intended for a successful TalTech bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate study student, who meets the requirements.

Benefits
The amount of the scholarship is 2,000 euros for bachelor’s students, 3,000 euros for master’s students and 5,000 euros for doctoral students. The scholarship shall be paid out in one lump sump payment.
Eligibility
- Matriculated at TalTech and not on academic leave as at the moment of submitting the application;
- Weighted average grade at least 3.5;
- Study performance volume at least 45 ECP by the day of submission of the application;
- An active attitude to life and a fan of their area of specialization, aiming to become a top specialist in the area;
- The planned bachelor's, master's or doctoral thesis focuses on the following areas: knowledge-based and digital construction and its management; environmental impact and sustainability of buildings; energy efficiency of buildings, indoor climate and technical systems; property maintenance and digitalization; creation and design of public space; work environment design;
- Ready to introduce their thesis to AS Riigi Kinnisvara and leave a copy of the thesis to the firm;
- The opportunity to collaborate with Riigi Kinnisvara AS; the exact form of cooperation would be determined in communication with the sponsor.

The scholarship shall be applied for and awarded by way of public competition. The competition shall be announced via various information channels of TalTech and in at least one nationally distributed daily newspaper.
In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants shall have to submit the following (digitally signed) to the Management Board of the Development Fund:
A motivation letter in which the applicant explains how they meet the established requirements;
Curriculum vitae;
Ready to meet with Riigi Kinnisvara AS to do a 5 minute lift speech, in which you introduce your thesis.
