The Environment and Society programme at Pablo de Olavide University addresses the different aspects of Environmental Sciences, both from the viewpoint of Experimental Sciences and the perspective of the Social Sciences.
Programme Structure
This programme includes the following research areas:- Agroecology, Environmental History, Ecological Economics and Political Ecology
- Environmental and Ecological Anthropology
- Biodiversity and Conservation Biology
- Integrated studies in Earth Sciences: climate variability and climate change, tectonics, relief and hydrology
- Territory management and environment. Natural hazards. Coastal and marine environment
- Molecular Simulation of Complex Systems for Environmental Applications
