Presentation

The History and Humanities - Europe, America, Arts and Language programme at Pablo de Olavide University has a significant theoretical and methodological component and offers students the necessary instrumental and practical knowledge both for carrying out research work and for teaching history.

The training objectives consist of analysing different facets of the educational process of European culture, and its classical, Muslim and Hebrew roots and its Atlantic diffusion, with particular focus on the role played in this dissemination by Mediterranean cultures from the Late Middle Ages until today.
