At Hannover Medical School, our goal is to counterbalance this development by an integrated PhD Auditory Sciences program that accompanies the scientific education in the lab.
Features
- Integrating an industry advisor in the program committee should help to include courses that are required by the industry and that help to increase the options after finishing PhD also outside the university environment.
- Another goal of the program is a university-level of education for audiological clinical positions.

Other requirements
General requirements
- Medicine graduates and students of biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology or other life sciences with a diploma, Staatsexamen or master of sciences are admissable if they are preferably younger than 32.
Tuition Fee
Students receive a stipend paid for by the program and the other half is paid by the research group. All students accepted receive approximately €1500 per month

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
