- GPA: Minimum 3.00 / 4.00 in law undergraduate and graduate studies
- ALES (PhD): Minimum 70 (Equal Weight or Verbal)
- ALES (Integrated PhD): Minimum 80 (Equal Weight or Verbal)
- ALES Exemption: Applies to foreign nationals and Turkish graduates from universities abroad
- Language Proficiency: Minimum 80 in YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL, or TOEFL iBT
- Research Proposal: Required; must state research area, written in Turkish or English, max 2,500 words (including references and notes)
