About the programme
Civil and Architectural Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology consists of a long list of subjects within the built environment.
It comprises the most frequent construction materials concrete, steel and timber, sustainable buildings focusing on building system design and performance as well as the civil engineering subjects soil and rock mechanics, structural engineering and bridges, highway engineering, and transport planning.

The general entry requirements at KTH are met by those who:
- have been awarded a second-cycle qualification, or
- have satisfied the requirements for courses comprising at least 240 credits of which at least 60 credits were awarded in the second-cycle or
- otherwise acquired largely equivalent knowledge.
