About the school
The aim of the School of Geography and Sustainable Development is to integrate the study of the Earth's system with its landscapes, peoples, places and environments. Teaching and research covers the breadth of the geography discipline, bringing together expertise in the social and natural sciences to examine and develop the principles and practice of sustainable development.

- Prospective students with a 1st class or 2.1 degree in Geography or a related discipline can be considered for entry into the School's postgraduate programmes.
When you contact your potential supervisor it is helpful to include the following:
