Overview
About the programme
Pedagogy of Classics Teaching staff at The Open University UK have special interests and expertise in: distance learning, the development and use of online, interactive resources and tools, and the teaching of Latin and Greek (both in conventional and distance settings).
The large numbers of students taking Classical Studies modules provides a particularly important opportunity for meaningful statistical analysis of our student cohorts. Applications for projects in any area that corresponds to the teaching expertise and research interests of one or more members of staff are welcome; interaction with the School’s other research areas is also encouraged.
