Overview
Gender and Otherness in the Humanities hosts critical reading sessions led by members to prompt dialogue around significant texts. We run a major annual interdisciplinary research symposium bringing together international speakers, and regular cross-faculty NetWorkshops with The Open University UK colleagues to share findings and best practice.
Features
Our monthly GOTH Postgraduate Student Forum is a casual, welcoming online session for PG students across the Arts and Humanities to discuss their work. At least once a year, it meets on campus.
We also organise online Drama Festivals, live performance events and research away days to relevant exhibitions, historical sites and other accessible locations, where we learn from each other’s research on site.
