- Enrolment in a doctoral program is conditional upon obtaining a national master's degree or a degree recognized as equivalent. In the absence of such a diploma, exceptional registration is possible on the basis of a proposal from the Doctoral School Council, after receiving the opinion of the Bureau (art. 11 of the Decree).
