General requirements
- A minimum of 5 years at a senior executive level is required. This should include managing teams, budgets, and strategic decision-making in complex settings. Applicants must demonstrate potential to make a significant impact in their field.
- A Master’s degree is preferred, but exceptional candidates with significant professional experience may be considered.
- Submit a detailed 4-page proposal outlining your research focus. This will be reviewed by faculty, with potential revisions before final approval. Applicants will then be short-listed and some will be invited for an interview with a faculty panel.
- The faculty is selective and will choose a small number of individuals based on their success in both the proposal and interview phases. This process can take several months so applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance of their intended start date.
