Overview

The Modeling and Design of Engineering Systems programme from Atilim University is open to both Turkish and international students who are seeking for a well-established research environment with facilities on some specific areas towards advanced research studies. Intimate collaborations are established with research institutions and industry, and further innovative work is promoted.

The programme is developed as a research based interdisciplinary advanced study with interdisciplinary courses and an advanced research study leading to a Ph. D. thesis.

The qualifications of the curriculum of the program are detailed below:Interdisciplinary courses prepare candidates to acquire broad scientific and technological outlook by studying topics in different fields of engineering, science and mathematics. The candidates are intended to have necessary skills and knowledge for interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary research activities.A strong curriculum supported with elective courses allows candidates to focus and specialize on a selected specific.

Recognition certificate, if available (The candidates who are accepted to graduate programmes must initially check with the Registrar’s Office staff whether their undergraduate and master’s degree diplomas have recognition approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). If not, the candidates must individually apply to YÖK to obtain their recognition certificates.

Original copy of the internationally recognized English Proficiency Certificates for the candidates accepted to programmes that require English language proficiency (To be certified by Atilim University School of Foreign Languages)
