Overview
Students who have completed at least one semester in any postgraduate program may apply to transfer to other postgraduate programs. These students must take courses for at least one semester. Design, Technology and Society is delivered at Kadir Has University.
Outcomes
1- Ability to assess scientific, technological, social and cultural developments and to disseminate them respecting scientific neutrality and ethic responsibilities.
2- Gaining advanced skills in using research methods necessary for studies in the field
3- Searches the answer to an original research question using existing theories and methods.
4- Ability to perceive, design, apply and conclude original processes of research independently; ability to manage these processes
5- To identify the weaknesses of existing methods and contribute to their improvements
6- Having the awareness of lifelong education, ability to follow current developments, technological innovations, and methods in the field and related fields
7- Ability to contribute to scientific literature at an international level by publishing the outputs of academic studies in respected academic media
8- Gaining the ability to develop field-related innovative ideas and methods by making use of advanced intellectual processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
9- Having the ability to to defend his/her ideas on topics in national and international platforms

- For international students; Second Cycle (master's’s) Degree diploma with thesis obtained from universities recognised by YÖK and (2) a minimum score of 65 in the Examination for Foreign Language Proficiency Test (YDS) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level Programs recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the Programs based on their composite scores consisting of second cycle degree grade point averages and foreign language exam. For Ph.D with bachelor degree; First Cycle Degree diploma obtained from universities recognised by YÖK, (2) minimum scores of 3.00 out of 4.00 CGPA, (3) a minimum score of 65 in the Examination for Foreign Language Proficiency Test (YDS) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level Programs recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the Programs based on their composite scores consisting of first cycle degree grade point averages and foreign language exam.
