General requirements

Applicants who are foreign citizens and apply for a doctoral program taught in Vietnamese must have a Vietnamese language certificate at least at Level 4 or higher according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners, or have graduated from a university (or equivalent qualification) where the program is taught in Vietnamese, and must meet the English language requirements as stipulated by the program (except for native speakers of the language used in the doctoral program).

Having sufficient health to study;
Submit all required documents, certificates, papers, and examination fees in full, correctly, and on time, as stipulated by Hanoi National University and the training unit.
