Provide a competitive compensation and benefits package and career structure that help attract, retain and reward faculty and staff.

  • Performance Management

Coordinate performance-based pay review to motivate, retain and reward faculty and staff.

  • Training and Development

Develop and coordinate training programmes, as well as formulate and implement policies and administrative procedures to support development activities.

Housing services

Living in the Student Residence is a good way to enhance self-management and interpersonal skills. Residence Masters, Residence Tutors and students live together as a community in the halls of residence.

Library services

In line with the University’s mission to nurture and develop the talents of students and to create applicable knowledge, the Library endeavours to support and augment learning, teaching and research by providing an environment conducive to studying and offering seamless access to the diverse, up-to-date and high-quality resources.

Computers and Internet

  • Express Terminals in the Academic 1 and computers in the Computing Services Centre (CSC) are available for students' use.
  • Wireless LAN is available in most parts of the campus including the ground area of the Student Residence.

Medical services

Young Chung-Yee Health Centre is a medical and dental clinic on campus that provides general medical consultations and dental care services to members of CityU. Fees may vary depending on your enrolment status, including whether you are a regular degree, not-for-degree, or government funded programme student.

Campus life

Situated at the heart of Kowloon peninsula, the CityU campus is well connected to major transportation in Hong Kong. It is an easy, quick trip to CityU from almost every part of the city, especially when travelling by MTR, as the University is just a 5-minute walk from Kowloon Tong Station.

Sports facilities

  • Multi-purpose hall for badminton, basketball, handball and volleyball
  • Two gymnasiums for dancing, fencing and martial arts

The College of Business first gained AACSB accreditation in 2005. AACSB International grants accreditation to undergraduate and graduate business administration worldwide, following a rigorous accreditation process that reviews the entire business school, including its research activities.
