Soft Skills improving
SouthWestern Advantage is an American company with over 160 years of history that provides a training program for students in Europe to develop them in sales, business communications and gain real experience. The program gave me the opportunity to learn more about: • What is the right attitude to work • Communication with different people • Problem solving • Time management • Work hard • Customer service • Counseling • Accepting rejections and handling objections • Decision making • Goal setting • Soft Skills • Management • Motivation • Developing habits that are good for work All of these skills are very important and I am sure they will help me succeed in my next job. I also had the opportunity to meet many advanced sales managers, I practiced with them and learned a lot from their experience.
