Located in Bordeaux, on the Bassins à Flot campus, Institut Culinaire de France benefits from the positive energy of an evolving neighbourhood.

Institut Culinaire de France boasts of over 4,000 m² high-end facilities in Bordeaux. These include six training kitchens certified HQE, which includes a Pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery and ice cream laboratory. Additionally, three pastry laboratories, two bakery laboratories and six classrooms for class sizes up to 12-16 students maximum.

Student clubs

Institut Culinaire de France, Bordeaux offers a wide range of services and personnel to support its students throughout their training.

Unstoppable

The institutions I studied at before joining this university were all excellent and unique. I learned a lot about physics and it is a very interesting subject. I am going to this university to learn more about this subject I chose this institute. I hope this decision make my future secure. And I will win a Nobel prize in physics.

My school is great. I had a really good experience with my teachers and the content over 2 years. One of them worked abroad in the past, and he was really motivational to me to do the same.
