Luiss Sports Association (AS Luiss) was founded in 1999. It started off with the first basketball team, followed by women’s volleyball and men’s soccer. In the upcoming seasons, other teams have been created, for basketball, soccer, volleyball, rugby, rowing, swimming, skiing, athletics, and cycling.
Over the academic year, student-athletes can take part in several sports tournaments, for instance in the sports disciplines of golf, tennis and soccer. All Luiss student-athletes can enroll in the Luiss Sports Program, which allows them to keep practicing their preferred sports at a competitive level, while attending top-quality academic courses, with the chance of applying for sports scholarships.
The university promotes student associations by supporting their activities, providing them with dedicated space, funds and media.

I feel that my school is far ahead of traditional institutions, which only focus on reading materials. Luiss Guido Carli also enables students to learn real-world challenges and bring words to action. I enjoy my classes.
The professors are knowledgeable and give you the opportunity to do exercises with data taken from the real world. The secretariat is efficient in answering emails and they have a good career service and many possibilities of Erasmus/exchange around the world.
Its a Nice university in italy, Rome. Have a lot of classrooms and quite modern facilities. But not enough of study places for students, and a lot of classroom was occupied so very small options for studying at uni after class. Always long queue on lunsjtime, the workers are nice, but some few gives more attitude then other if you are international student and not Italian. Which I found really disappointing.
