The Curtin Mauritius campus is opened in 2018 by the Prime Minister of Mauritius, the Hon Pravind Kumar Jugnauth. It is the University’s fourth overseas campus and builds on a long-term partnership with the Charles Telfair Institute.

Learning and teaching is core to what they do and the key mission of the Office of Learning and Teaching is to foster excellence in learning and teaching practices, scholarship and innovation, through the empowerment and motivation of all teaching academics.

The Office of Research was created in 2016 with the vision of becoming a regional leader in research, development and innovation for our learners, the community and industry. The Office is responsible for developing research capability and supervising a wide range of research initiatives.
