At SBS, the administration office is more than happy to assist every student in finding suitable accommodation through the various local ties to property developers and agencies as well as direct real estate owners.

Average prices for property rentals: Independent Studio Apartment: 500-700 Euros per month; Independent 2-3 Bed Apartment: 700-900 Euros per month; Inependent Luxury Apartments: From 1,200 Euros per month.
- Student Residence
SBS students can also choose to stay in student residence facilities. These are apartments that are walking distance to campus and shared with other SBS students. Prices starting from 500 Euros per month (contracted on an academic year basis).
Campus life
Schellhammer Business School is located an easy 200 meters from Puerto Banus at the drive entrance of Puerto Banús yachting harbour, in the best business area of Marbella.
There are many hotels, restaurants and cafeterias in the vicinity, and Malaga international airport is only 30 minutes drive away.
The urbanization Alzambra-Vasari hosts the Vasari vacation resort as well as various residential developments, cafés, restaurants, gym, and sports facilities.
Schellhammer Business School offers its students a multitude of extracurricular activities to ensure they are equipped with the best possible skills and tools to efficiently face the challenges of their future professional and personal life.
Sports facilities
Students at Schellhammer Business School can also take part in a diverse variety of off-campus activities including horse-riding, tennis, golf, football, kite surfing, water skiing, sailing and cultural trips (Sevilla, Granada, Cadiz, Morocco, Tarifa, Ronda, etc.) among many others (subject to additional fees).

Schellhammer Business School is accredited by Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC). The Institution has earned Premier status with ASIC for its commendable areas of operation. ASIC accreditation helps students and parents make a more informed choice and will also help a school, college, university, training provider or distance education provider, demonstrate to the international student body that they are a high quality institution.

The truth
The university is well equipped in all aspects. Everyone you come in contact with is helpful and the teachers are patient with each student. The university only offers business related courses, which brings together like minded people.
