Description
China Scholarship Council Scholarship is available to all students from China that want to apply to QUT programmes.
Applicable programmes
Benefits
You'll receive from QUT:
a tuition fee waiver for the duration of your course, which is normally 1.5 years for masters students and 3 years for doctoral students.
You'll receive from the China Scholarship Council:
funding for living allowances
one return airfare
funding for visa applications
health insurance.
You will also receive from QUT a QUT-CSC Top-up stipend for up to 3 years. (This amount will vary each year as it is topping up your CSC stipend that you receive from CSC, to the QUT Postgraduate Research Award rate.)
Eligibility
- Meet the China Scholarship Council requirements, as outlined on the China Scholarship Council website (in Mandarin).
- Apply for and be admitted to a PhD, research masters or professional doctorate at QUT.
- To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the entry requirements for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Master of Philosophy, or professional doctorate at QUT, including any English language requirements for international students.

Apply for this scholarship at the same time you apply for admission to a QUT research degree. Ensure you start the QUT application process at least eight weeks prior to the CSC closing date.
