Overview

The PhD in Media, Communication and Culture has as its principal aim to provide a research career introduction in the field of communication and culture that will allow an understanding of current changes in the sphere of interaction between new media and the societies in which they exist.

These objectives aim to express a distinct vocation for our programme to differentiate it from the programmes offered at other Catalan universities which are either much more specific thematically or more open and general.
