Overview

This Geography and Earth Sciences (Science) programme offered by Aberystwyth University investigates the interactions between physical environments, human activity, and the forces that shape the Earth over time. Drawing upon perspectives from the natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities, students examine contemporary environmental challenges, spatial change, and the mechanisms that influence landscapes, ecosystems, and environmental conditions. The programme encourages transdisciplinary inquiry and supports original scholarship addressing complex issues affecting both natural and human systems.
