General requirements
Entry requirements:
- You should have an honours degree at 2.1 or above, and/or a Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
- In certain circumstances we may ask you to spend a year completing our Master's degree in Psychological Research Methods before you commence your doctoral research. The decision about the suitability of your qualifications is made by the potential supervisor and the schools postgraduate advisor.
Once you have chosen a topic, you will need to contact the project supervisor before you submit your application.

- Send a copy of your CV with qualifications and research experience
- Discuss your potential application and any practicalities (e.g. suitable start date).
