Overview
You have a funded PhD track when you are 1) an employed PhD candidate; 2) a scholarship PhD candidate; or 3) an externally financed PhD candidate.
Features
- At Radboud University, you have a non-funded PhD track when you have no funding as a PhD Humanities candidate.
Programme Structure
Curriculum:
- Both funded and non-funded PhD candidates are monitored during their PhD track. They have regular meetings with the Graduate School Coordinator of their Faculty and with their faculty’s research director (Faculty of Philosophy, Theology & Religious Studies) or research coordinator (Faculty of Arts).
- At the start of a PhD track, new PhD candidates and their supervisors complete a PhD Project Agreement, in which they reach consensus on specific topics related to the PhD track (e.g. frequency of supervision, training programme, method of communication).
