- Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R) conducts research on legal issues of relevance to modern-day businesses, with a particular focus on European developments. The interaction between scholarship, education and legal practice contributes to the relevance, quality and innovativeness of our research.

- The institute has an extensive international network in both the academic world and legal practice. It has a structural collaboration with the University of Oxford (UK), the University of Leuven (Belgium) and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg (Germany).
