Bachelor's Degree – in the original language and its official translation into English or Polish (if necessary). Remember that we require a Bachelor's Degree in a similar field to the M.Sc. programme you apply for. The Diploma should be final. Temporary graduation certificates/provisional diplomas can be used during the Entry Documents phase only.

Passport – the page(s) with your personal information, photo, and signature.
EU citizens: Candidates from the EU can use a passport or a national ID.
