Since 1955, the IPA (Preparation Institute for Business Affairs – Institut de Préparation aux Affaires), then IAE Toulouse (Institute of Business Administration - Institut d’Administration des Entreprises) and today TSM - Toulouse School of Management , as part of Toulouse Capitole University, continues to uphold its commitment to developing higher education and management research.
TSM offers more than 20 degrees and 81 programme tracks in management, at bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels, training responsible, enterprising and globally-oriented managers. TSM offers state-recognised management degrees, from bachelor's to doctoral level, and provides a comprehensive and balanced educational model encompassing scientific, academic and professional dimensions.
TSM-Research is a research unit recognised for the quality of its scientific publications and the distinctions of its Faculty.TSM-R (UMR CNRS 5303) is a centre of international scientific expertise whose mission is to create and disseminate high-level scientific knowledge in the main management sciences disciplines.TSM-R remains aware of the most current developments, deciphers emerging trends and strives to provide analytical tools for decision-makers.

My experience at the Higher Institute of Management of Sousse (Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Sousse - ISG Sousse) has been a significant and transformative part of my academic journey. The academic environment is stimulating, with professors who bring a mix of theoretical expertise and industry insights, particularly in fields like entrepreneurial marketing and digital strategy, which I pursued. Many faculty members are highly supportive and committed to guiding students in both academic and professional growth. They also encourage active participation in projects that challenge students to think critically and apply their knowledge in real-world situations. The infrastructure at ISG Sousse has room for improvement, especially in terms of modern technology and learning facilities, but it’s clear that the university is committed to providing students with a comprehensive learning experience. Despite these limitations, the dedication to fostering a collaborative environment is evident, especially through various student associations and clubs. I found these extra-curricular activities crucial in developing leadership and organizational skills.

My Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing was an interesting and enriching experience. I gained useful knowledge in digital communication, marketing strategy, and social media management. The program also gave me the opportunity to work on practical projects and develop professional skills. However, some aspects of the program could be improved, especially in terms of more practical exposure and updated digital tools. Overall, it was a good learning experience that helped prepare me for the professional world.
