King's College London - International Foundation at King's College London

King’s College London was founded as a university college in 1829 by King George IV and the Duke of Wellington (Prime Minister, at the time). Throughout the 19th century, the institution made impactful contributions to society: King’s professors were key players in developments in science, and the university was a major player in extending higher education to women.  

There are over 27,600 students at King’s College London, from approximately 150 different countries. With over 100 student societies for incoming students to join, there is never a dull moment on campus. Whether it be politics or comedy, students are bound to find a society that fits their interests.
