- MS degree in IP&T or related field – if your MS is in a related field, please provide a description of how it relates.
- Design or Curriculum Development Portfolio.
- Your portfolio should be submitted as a PDF or link to external website, maximum of 10 pages, including examples of design artifacts, each accompanied by a paragraph that explains (a) your objective and (b) your process for creating it. You may also include any other relevant work and microcredentials or certifications.
- Writing Sample – Please submit an excerpt of your strongest academic writing up to 10 pages that clearly shows your academic writing ability and skill.
