About the program
The purpose of the Ph.D. program in Computer Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is to provide qualified candidates with the opportunity to pursue a course of study that will bring them to the frontiers of knowledge in an area of computer science and engage them in high quality research under the direction of a member of the graduate faculty of the department.
This research should culminate in a dissertation presenting significant results which are publishable in recognized refereed journals.
