- Admission to graduate studies at The University of Alabama is valid for 12 months after the requested entrance date.
- In some departments, students must seek pre-approval if they wish to change the entrance date initially requested on their applications. International students requesting a change in their entrance date should also be aware that their TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores must be less than two years old at the time of initial enrollment at the University.
