- Qualified applicants will have a minimum of five years of mid- to senior-level managerial experience in the healthcare industry.
- In addition, qualified applicants will preferably have a master's degree in health administration; health informatics; business administration; or a related field.

- Short essay responses to a set of questions
- Three recommendations from professional contacts. The online system will require you to enter the names and email addresses for all three recommenders. The system will send them an email with a link to the online recommendation form.
