- Applicants to the Ph.D. program should have completed the requirements for the master's degree with at least a 3.25 grade-point average and have demonstrated creative ability.
- Normally the M.S. degree is not required for admission to the Ph.D. program. Although the GRE is not required, it is highly encouraged.
