About the program

The Leadership Communication doctoral program at Kansas State University is grounded in community-engaged scholarship. Students explore the intersection of theories and methods of leadership, communication, and other areas of inquiry related to collaborative change.

Through the study and practice of leading change, students produce original research that helps make progress on the most difficult challenges of our times. All of our courses are distance-friendly.
