Students in this Teaching and Learning program at Florida International University will become engaged in studies within broad historical, social, political, economic, linguistic and intellectual contexts in the United States and abroad.
Features
Students who demonstrate ability, industry, and motivation may serve as apprentices to mentors who are established scholars in their fields of study.
Under the supervision of a faculty mentor, students engage in a period of extensive study and investigation that culminates in the demonstrations of expertise, creativity and originality by means of independent research.
